One improvement could be to address the noise disturbances in the rooms and ensure quicker response times from housekeeping.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, always with a smile and ready to help out. The front desk was super friendly and the concierge was hilarious and helpful — a huge plus. The service was top-notch with attention to detail. 🌟The bed was comfy, the breakfast delicious and the rooftop bar had stunning views. The only hiccup was the loud air conditioning that needed manual adjustment, but nothing that ruined our fantastic stay 🌞.

I recently stayed at Dei Cavalieri in Milan for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to popular attractions such as the Duomo, Teatro alla Scala, and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The breakfast spread was divine, with a wide variety of delicious options including cheeses, breads, salads, croissants, and more. The best part was that the espresso and cappuccino were complimentary and amazing!

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect for exploring the area since it's very close to a metro station. The room service is excellent, making my stay very comfortable. They also offer a lot of extra services, like dry cleaning and car hire. The cozy rooms come complete with all essential amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and soundproofed rooms. If you're not feeling like leaving the room, there is also a restaurant and snack bar on-site.

The hotel was super close to Milan's Stock Exchange and the Teatro alla Scala Opera House so we could pop in and out for some stock exchange drama and catch some fancy opera tunes. The rooftop views were lit, and the tram stations nearby made it easy to hit up the city's hotspots.
